LastArcher — Technical SEO and organic growth
Founder-led SEO consultancy in Vadodara. Palak Bhatt works directly on technical SEO, search architecture and measurable organic growth.
Practice
Three facts you can check before you read anything else on this site.
Framing
A site can gain sessions and still lose the market. What matters is whether the right people can find you, whether they land on a page that answers the decision they are making, and whether the structure still holds when the site doubles in size.
Discoverability. Search engines have to be able to crawl, render and index the pages that carry your commercial intent. Most sites I look at break somewhere in that chain long before content is the real problem.
Qualified demand. Ranking for terms nobody buys on is a cost, not a result. The keyword map should follow the buying decision rather than the volume column.
Durable architecture. Templates, internal links and URL structure decide whether next year’s pages inherit authority or dilute it. That is engineering work, and it is where technical SEO earns its keep.
Services
Seven service owners, each with one page that is responsible for the topic. No matrix of near-identical landing pages.

Explore serviceModel
No handoff chain. The person who diagnoses the problem writes the fix and reviews it after it ships. Nothing gets lost between a strategist, an account manager and whoever is free that week.
SEO and web engineering in one head. I read the templates, the rendering path and the redirect map, so recommendations arrive as work that can be scheduled rather than advice that stalls in a meeting.
Explicit limits. Capacity is finite and I say so. If an engagement needs a team I cannot staff, or a niche I have no evidence in, you will hear that before you sign anything.
Method
The order matters. Skipping research to start implementing is how sites end up with a backlog nobody can justify.
Crawl the site, read the logs where they exist, work through Search Console and the live SERPs, and learn how the business actually makes money.
Rank every finding by impact, effort and confidence. You get a sequence to work through, not a backlog to feel guilty about.
Your team ships from my briefs, or I ship it myself where that is faster. Recommendations are written as work, with acceptance criteria.
Agree what success looks like before the work starts, then report against exactly that, including the things that did not move.
Feed the result back into research and re-prioritise against what the market did while we were working.
Step five returns to step one. Search is a loop, not a launch.
How consulting engagements are scopedProof
There are no case studies on this site yet. I would rather show you an empty shelf than a fabricated one.
When they land, each one will carry the client context, the baseline before I started, what I diagnosed, what was actually implemented, the timeline, the measured outcome and the limits of the evidence. Nothing goes up without client permission.
Until then, the honest answer to “show me results” is a conversation about your site, where I walk you through my reasoning on live problems instead of a slide.
Library
A small public library sits next to the commercial pages. It is not a lead magnet and it does not invent an SEO score.
Tools. Two utilities you can use in the browser: a SERP title and snippet preview, and a local SEO checklist. See all tools.
Resources. Editorial pages with one job each: a working definition of technical SEO, a SERP map of how people search for SEO in Vadodara, and the method for a local-search study that does not yet have results. See all resources.
Fit
Business model and maturity decide this, not industry. Both lists are equally serious.

Questions
It depends on the site, the market and how quickly fixes get shipped. Indexation and crawl problems can change impressions within weeks; competitive commercial rankings usually take months. After a diagnostic review I will give you a realistic range for your situation, and I will not put a date on it that I cannot defend.
Scope is determined by site complexity, market, implementation burden and how much senior involvement the work needs. I publish engagement types and the logic behind the pricing rather than three invented packages, and I quote after I have seen the site.
Both, depending on which is faster. I write developer-ready briefs your team can ship, and on WordPress and similar stacks I can implement directly. What I will not do is hand over a document and call that the delivery.
Selectively, as a technical specialist behind an existing team. I need clarity on who owns the client relationship and who is responsible for shipping the work.
Often yes, if search is genuinely how your customers look for what you sell. If a simpler channel would serve you better at your stage, I would rather tell you that than sell you a retainer.
Send me the site and the problem you are trying to solve. I will tell you what I see, whether search is the right lever, and what an engagement would have to look like.
