Palak Bhatt · Founder · Vadodara, India

I don’t sell SEO to businesses. I work on the systems that make search work.

Technical SEO consultant. Where SEO meets the codebase. Palak Bhatt is a technical seo consultant based in Vadodara. He runs LastArcher as a founder-led practice: you work with him directly on technical SEO, search architecture and organic growth.

Location

Vadodara, Gujarat

LastArcher is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. I meet local clients in person, work with businesses across India, and work remotely with clients elsewhere.

Delivery

How the work is delivered

Direct, not delegated. The person who diagnoses the problem writes the fix and reviews it after it ships. Nothing gets lost between a strategist, an account manager and whoever is free that week.

SEO and web engineering in one head. I read the templates, the rendering path and the redirect map, so recommendations arrive as work that can be scheduled rather than advice that stalls in a meeting.

Finite capacity, said out loud. If the work needs a bench I do not have, or a niche I have no evidence in, you will hear that before anything is signed.

Capability

Technical work I take on

The through-line is search architecture you can implement. Findings are written so a developer can ship them, not so a slide can summarise them.

Crawl, render, index. Whether search engines can fetch, render and keep the pages that carry commercial intent. Most sites I look at break somewhere in that chain before content is the real problem.

Architecture and templates. URL structure, internal links and the templates that decide whether next year’s pages inherit authority or dilute it. That is engineering work.

Migrations and redirects. Moving a site without discarding the demand it already earned: maps, status codes, and a sequence that can be scheduled rather than hoped for.

Developer-ready output. Findings arrive as work. Your developers can ship from the brief, or I implement directly where that is faster — particularly on WordPress and similar stacks.

Limits

What I do not do

These are not slogans. They are refusals. If you need one of them, I am the wrong person to hire.

  • Realistic ranges, not guarantees

Nobody who is being honest can promise a position in Google. After a diagnostic I will give you a realistic range for your situation. I will not put a date or a rank on it that I cannot defend.

  • Location work for markets I actually serve

Location pages are for markets I work in, not a page for every city that has search volume.

  • Direct access to the person doing the work

Audits, roadmaps and implementation briefs are written by me. The client roster stays small enough that I can stay on the work. If an engagement needs a team I cannot staff, I will say so before you sign.

Process

How an engagement runs

The order matters. Skipping research to start implementing is how sites end up with a backlog nobody can justify.

  1. Research

I crawl the site, read the logs where they exist, work through Search Console and the live SERPs, and learn how the business actually makes money.

  2. Prioritise

Every finding is ranked by impact, effort and confidence. You get a sequence to work through, not a backlog to feel guilty about.

  3. Implement

Your team ships from my briefs, or I ship it myself where that is faster. Recommendations are written as work, with acceptance criteria.

  4. Measure

Success is defined before the work starts. I then report against exactly that, including the things that did not move.

  5. Iterate

The result feeds back into research. Search is a loop, not a launch, and the next pass is re-prioritised against what the market did during the work.

Step five returns to step one.

Start with a conversation about the site

Send me the URL and the problem you are trying to solve. I will tell you what I see, whether search is the right lever, and what an engagement would have to look like.
