LastArcher is a founder-led SEO consultancy. Work may include technical SEO audits, search architecture review, implementation briefs, consulting on organic growth, and related delivery described on the services pages or in a signed proposal.

Recommendations are written so your team can implement them, or I implement directly where that is agreed. You remain responsible for your website, hosting, content, and any third-party tools you use.

Search engines change. Competitors move. I cannot promise a specific ranking, position, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Any range or forecast I give is an estimate based on what I see at the time, not a guarantee.

Enquiries through the site or email are conversations, not contracts. An engagement starts when both sides agree scope, fees, and timeline in writing (email or a short statement of work is enough for most projects).

Pricing principles are on the pricing page. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Either party may stop ongoing work on reasonable notice unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

SEO work depends on factors outside my control: algorithm updates, your implementation choices, hosting, content quality, and market behaviour. I am not liable for losses caused by those factors, or for indirect or consequential damages.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
