A write-up goes up only when the client has granted permission and the evidence exists — context, goal, baseline, diagnosis, strategy, implementation, timeline, outcomes, screenshots or data, limitations, lessons, and the related services.
Until then, the honest next step is a conversation about your site, or the service owners that describe the work.

This is the evidence structure a future markdown entry must follow. Limitations are not optional. Nothing is published without permission.
Client context
Who the work was for, without inventing a brand if they stay unnamed.
Goal
The business problem the engagement was meant to move.
Baseline
What was true before the work started — numbers only when they were measured.
Diagnosis
What I found, and why that was the constraint.
Strategy
The sequence I chose, and what I deferred.
Implementation
What was actually shipped, not a list of recommendations.
Timeline
How long the work ran, and when measurement started.
Outcomes
What moved, attributed to the work, with the same units as the baseline.
Screenshots and data
Source artefacts when the client permits them.
Limitations
What the evidence does not prove. Required on every write-up.
Lessons
What I would repeat, and what I would not.
